I'm so sorry your financial troubles are so dire. I didn't understand much of your post cuz I don't know what the acronyms stand for, but in our town they have a group called the "Good Samaritans" that help people in need & also there is a county trustee that will help people in need. Perhaps call your local library to find the resources in your area. That's what I did when a woman in my support group was in basically the same situation you are in.
