It seems to be that every time I try to fall asleep, it takes me hours; I lie there in my bed, fully conscious.
I tried Melatonin, which actually worked well for helping me fall asleep. But then, I had an early awakening, which left me exhausted; so I went back to bed and slept too much of the day off anyway, which defeated the point.
I feel like it's not severe enough to warrant medication, but not mild enough as not to cause me sleeping troubles; I consistently end up staying awake during the night. I'm not sure how to go about it.
