Makes sense, yup. One thing that really clicked the concept for me was hearing it said that worry is almost all future and past oriented. What was, what will be. So in light of this, I started paying attention to the jibber-jabber in my head, and it was true! Here and now is the only place you actually ARE. So then you make a point of noticing things. A nice scent, how good the water feels in the shower, a squirrel running up a tree... like that. Sometimes I will just completely zone in on, say, a leaf. Colors, shadows and light, how it moves in the breeze. That's it.

Top 3? Distraction, distraction and distraction. Haha, not really, but it's a real go-to.
Breathing.
Not sure. Rather distracted today.

OH! WAIT! It just hit after posting....
