I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia also. I find that reducing stress and exercise helps. After the initial pain after exercise it got better. I used to have to take pain medication after exercise. I still have some bad days, but it does not hurt to walk anymore. I used to have severe pain with every step.
I hope many better days are in your future. I took the guaifenesin protocol for 5 years. Got better after I got off of it. Not sure if it helped or if I just got to feeling better from getting out of a high stress job.
