'Normal people' don't walk around all day resisting the urge to cut, they don't know what it even feels like to have that urge, so don't compare yourself to people who don't SI. It is totally something to be proud of!! Someone trying to stop smoking might not have a cigarette, but they can't say they are better than someone who didn't take that shot of alcohol because everyone's situation is different. So, congratulations, you resisted the urge!!
