Thanks so much for your caring and support and prayers. I don't have to have my mother's permission to see my grandmother but did find out they have moved my grandma to another town to a rehab hospital and I don't know where and my parents are not answering their phones. Maybe later I will find out.

I'm trying very hard to stay in the moment and not let crazy thinking overtake me. It is late and I'm tired but of course can't seem to get my mind to slow down and stay in the moment....but I'm trying
