I fully believe my therapist sees 'me' better than my psychiatrist and i totally have trouble believing I have bipolar, even after getting dx'd at least four times. Talk to your therapist about why the bipolar disorder and not something else like _______? Who is prescribing the lamictal and antidepressant?
