Hi AshNbirds
I was in your same position about 10 months ago. I myself was in denial over needing mental health help. My sisters made an intervention and made me call 211, which transferred me to the mental crisis hotline and they referred me to the local Mental Health Network. Most cities/counties have a Mental health clinic/network and they will help you no matter what your income is. If you have low or no income, they can charge very low fees in order for you to get help. You can start by looking up the Mental Health Network in your city/county, give them a call and you'll be on your way. They can help you with therapy, medication. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I am not an expert but am willing to help other people that are starting out by giving them as much information as possible! I wish you the best!
