I haven't seen one since I was 17. I'm not even completely sure what neurologists do. I saw mine for a seizure disorder I had as a kid that I eventually outgrew.

It's going to be an unpaid day off work, and a 2-hour drive one way. I've had pain and tingling and swelling in my right calf (and now foot) for the better part of a year. I have a clotting disorder, but no DVTs have turned up. My hematologist actually decided to send me to the neuro. He said he could think of 3 tests he would ask for right off the top of his head, but since he's a blood guy instead, wouldn't elaborate.

I've had nerve issues elsewhere, but before I developed the clotting disorder, so no matter even if he finds nerve damage, there won't be any operations to fix it. So I'm kind of wondering what the point is, and what I should be asking this guy to look for.
