Since YOU have already been Dx with TMJ - then I would say that it is indeed the cause of the Electrical Sharp Shooting PAINS you have been experiencing as Migraines..... I have been suffering with this for eight months now and the only thing that might help aside from surgery is a mouth guard that one wears at night and steroid shots as needed.
