I can't seem to make good decisions at work anymore. I'm supposed to be a scientist and instead I can't remember things and can't think clearly and intelligently. It's very hard to talk to anyone, which really makes my job destined to fail. Am all alone here at work most of the time, with others having retired or moved on to other places. I know my job can't last much longer, and my wife doesn't work so we are really in for trouble with all our bills before long. Add to that I have a blood clot and blasting tinnitus.
