Hello "it_will" - thanks for sharing your situation - sounds very similar to mine. Glad to hear you're going to try (or have started) therapy. I seem to be worst in the morning and then gradually somewhat better during the day. But yes, focusing on stuff, and remembering things, is very difficult right now. Just want to wake up and have the depression (and physical stuff) gone, but of course it doesn't happen that way! Thx again for your support - you have mine too!
