Zoloft is my normal AD but upping it at that time of the month has no effect.

Had my appointment with the endo and gyno people. They said the pill could help, but I cant go on the pill because of a blood clotting disorder. Different pills have different levels in them, perhaps you could go on one that is stronger?

My docs will try the Mirena for me but they cant do it until next year and they are very worried it will make me more depressed and they are also not keen to do it since I havent had children but the only other option is hormone treatments which are supposedly horrific for your body and not recommended for people of my age.

Sorry, there doesnt seem to be much hope. And people wonder why Im suicidal? Having to go through this every month is awful.
