I had this same problem last month. My therapist actually called my gyn before my appointment and warned her that I was anxious about her seeing them. I had no new ones, and they're mostly on my lower legs so she could see them. She didn't see the ones on my upper thighs because of the paper drape.

She was very nice about it, and said that she knew I was seeing a therapist to work on a plan, so she wasn't shocked at all.
