Hi, Vossie!
I've been on Zoloft for around six years (having to adjust dosages and such).
I can tell you that I have had those feeling before on it, definitely.
For me, it was typically a side-effect, and it will usually leave if you can tough it out for about 4-6 weeks.
In some cases it still felt that way, and turns out I needed a lower dose.
Maybe you should try to stick with 25mg for a bit longer (ask your doctor for something such as Atarax to keep you calm until the meds kick in), and see how you do after a month?
I'm no doctor, so you can't take my advice for certain, but I have been a long time user of Zoloft/Sertraline.
It can take around 4-6 months for SSRIs to get fully into your system (sometimes longer).
It even takes weeks for just increases in SSRI doses to kick fully in!
But I recommend you keep in touch with your doctor, and I wish you the best of luck!
