Can you explain the reasons for it? Under stress? Can't shut your mind down? Ruminating? There are also several physical reasons for it (exercise too soon before bed, lights on or TV on when trying to sleep, eat.).
Make sure you establish a routine for sleep. Go to bed at a scheduled time. I will take a hot shower before bed. Rituals are relaxing. Do calming, relaxing things. Turn off TV and make sure your room is cool and dark. There are plenty others and hopefully others will list them
