You could talk about it with a T, if you can get one you can trust, and also a journal like someone else mentioned, even try to pretend you're writing a book. You can keep track of your good days and bad days in the journal, and you might find certain things that trigger you, and if you're on meds you can keep track of good days and bad days, maybe the meds need to be changed or upped or downed.
