I know perfectly well what you mean because I feel the same. I too often wonder how does it feel to be loved.
I guess we haven't met the right people yet. Those who can love and appreciate us for who we are without any "ifs". Because I know from my own experience that when you satisfy one "if" they are going to come up with second and then another one... Never-ending cycle. Better to just leave it and wait. I'm sure you'll find such person one day. I know it's hard but it's not like you can do anything about it. We cannot force people to love us (I wouldn't want it anyway). If they don't, that's their loss. Very great loss indeed because they won't get our love either.

Take a good care about yourself and be patient. It's going to be all right.
