Personally, I have 2 Ts and a psychiatrist. One t is for personal issues and the other is for my eating disorder. My personal t I see up to twice a week if needed. My ed t I see once a week. Therapy up to 3x a week can be too much, but is sometimes needed.
If your therapist said that you can email and/or call, I think you should do that. I know you emailed once before without a response, but try again. The idea given earlier that you should write down what's going on for you right now, is a good one. I very often write things in an online journal throughout my week so that I know what I need to discuss with everyone. It can be really helpful, plus it's a great distraction.
