Could be a number of things. For me it is when I am sleep deprived, usually me staying up all night then attempting to go to work. Others could be drug use, illicit and precribed. Could be a number of things. I also start getting symptoms when I am around a lot of people, anxiety kicks in to high gear and then the hallucinations start.
