I am so sorry that she is creating a divide between the two of you. I don't know if it's possible since she seems like a habitual liar but would it be possible for all of you to sit down, discuss how you feel, and find a way forward? You cannot live his life for him, even if you see him going down a path that you know isn't good. All you can do is try to make ammends and try to be there for him when he'll let you.
