I have 15 minute sessions, with my pdoc, so I can appreciate what you mean about not getting into feelings, at the same time, every once in a while, my pdoc has a way of contributing to my overall outlook and therapy. He's pointed out, things here and there, food for thought points. I'm as comfortable, now, talking to him, as I would be/am in any 50 minutes to one hour session with a LISW or Psychologist.
Would it, leave you, feeling weird, to bring up, the fact, to your t, that you miss talking to her? As in, Dear T, I really miss talking to you, when in between sessions. What is it, that your T, brings to your life, that you find lacking in other areas, or does she just bring out a positive feeling, from you, that is, in addition, to other areas, of your life?

For instance, I really enjoy, talking about local sports, with my pdoc. I live in an area, of the country where I can have these conversations with, just about anyone around me, but it's nice walking into a check up, and talking sports over how is my anxiety/depression, this time.
