three acres? you lucky deviless!! we finally escaped rent and purchased and closed this past fall. It is a huge relief to not have rent payments to worry about......unfortunately we're in a park so we have space fees and no land (other than postage stamp around home) but it is still less than half of market value rent for the space fee. Land? oh goodness you're lucky!

can you take pics of some of the "estate" once you're there? we'll bet it is gorgeous....
