wohoooooooo for you!!! yeaaaaaa! im very happy for you. that will be great. especially to have so much space to walk around in thats all yours!! you ll have somewhere to sit out on nice days and space to make snowmen in winter (if you get snow) and to plant trees and hide a bench under them so no one but the robins can see you sitting there!
