I know your thoughts, it's a hard thing to get out of dark thoughts, depending on your medication and the cause of your depression, the only encouragement I could share with you, is keep on talking, finding all the possible ways to rid yourself of those thoughts. We all have a purpose, it's just finding out what it is, but I can say it takes time and effort on your part. It will work, and then you can help others in the same situation.
