I've been there. You can only take it one day at a time. I have been down the dark path. I have ordered my tombstone and pre-planned my funeral during those dark days. But I kept putting one foot in front of the other and now I'm better, of course, I keep waiting to crash. I'm scared it want last. I try not to think about it but it does creep in.
