I don't know if this will help..but my psychologist always tells me when I feel like I might be entering an episode to "not lose perspective" and "not lose sleep". Once one of those start to slip, it may be signs of some type of an episode (whether depressive or manic)..

It's simple and effective for me. Hope things look up for you soon!
