There was a man in the hospital that was teaching me how to speak chinese (both clearly manic) and everytime the nurse would give me my meds I would swear at them in chinese. Him and I would die laughing but they thought I was saying thank you and couldn't figure out what we were laughing about.

Pretty amusing at the time.
