I have family and firends but im very poor at opening up. I only open up when i reach these breaking points of emotion from being so exhausted from anxiety and such.

I do exercise regularly, but I haven't so far this week. I plan on getting back into it this weekend and such. I am also traveling to Europe for a bit, and I am finding myself very nervous abouit that.

Do you think it's possible something as simple as traveling for 2-3 weeks can just trigger this whole range of emotions? My mornings are just riddled with anxiety and the dark thoughts come and go, so they arent constant at least.

Do you have these fits constantly, or is it cyclical for you as well? Is there a story you have that I could relate to?

I am very bad at opening up in general so that's why I am here frankly.

I also take 225 mg of effexor daily and have moderate sleep apnea.

Do you get any exercise throughout the day? I find that lifting weights, running, etc... make me feel better and help with getting the dark thoughts out of my head. Any hobbies, friends, or interests to keep you occupied?

Also, that's a terrible loss you went through. Did you ever have anyone close like family to speak with about your father?
