Anyway, I'm doing CBT and I've been in therapy for about three months now. As far as I can tell I've made no progress and I wouldn't be surprised if I need to be in therapy for years.

I'm a recluse. My therapist is almost the only person I'm comfortable talking to, so he stands in for my social interactions over the years.
Psych Central is really helping though. I've spent more time here in the last few days and it's making a difference. I'm at my computer, deep in my home. Safe.
