How do you feel about therapy? How do you feel, about anger management classes?

Repressed anger, can oft be a result of having not been in a place in life, to learn to effectively handle anger. "Facing the Fire" by John Lee, is a book, I found helpful, in understanding why I was still, so angry about my childhood/teen years and early adult years.
