please help me (as i suck at computer terms

okay, so i'm trying to access this website i've been using for some time now (i've had no problems with it at all,) only now when i try and enter the address i get the message:

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

now, i'm the admin of the computer, so my automatic theory is that their's a setting i can change that will make it work.

but, no idea what.... and i am starting to lose patience!

please help?
