The EUrope trip is very new to me, especially to be away for so long ina foreign country. I am going with my girlfriend, which will help while im there, but i already warned her i may freak out a few times and just start crying and getting anxious.

I have a lot going on in my life and i have people to talk to, and usually when these anxiety/depression fits come, they last 2-3 days and I am ok. This one has been about a week and i dont see it stopping soon. So it has me a bit more freaked out. I also have "negative" thoughts from time to time, but with .5mg of ativant, they usually go away.

My mornings are relaly the ones riddilded with anxiety, while my days its still there and then i am exhausted and vulernable to being upset.

Can you relate to that?

I can understand if your trip to Europe could be causing some anxiety since it's a new experience. Are you going by yourself?

Weather can also play a major role in mood. I know it's been pretty cold and rainy these days and it also gets dark out earlier.
