I was walking up my stairs and all of a sudden I felt very aware of where I was and what I was doing. then by the time I made it to the top, my head was spinning ( I was dizzy). Then I physically felt myself being sucked out of my body. After that my POV switched and I saw someone who closely resembles myself leaning against the sink in my bathroom, they were just standing there, not a movement was made. They had a countenance of fear, mouth slightly ajar and eyes wide open. That's when I awoke. What does this dream even mean?? I know for sure it was a lucid dream and not an OBE (out of body experience).
