Ok, so I saw the attorney today. I actually almost wanted to see his license to practice law.....he was so freakin honest!!! He told me that about 40% of people at the first stage of appeal win their case, so he didn't want to take my case just yet, because if I win without him, I will get all the money. He said in the past he took on 6 cases at the first stage of appeal just to see if the people's case would go quicker if they had a lawyer, and they didn't, so he said there's no point in having him at this stage. He said if I have any questions at any time, to call him for free, he doesn't care if I call 10 times. He told me what to do next and that was just to fill out the appeal paperwork. He said they may be telling me to have some tests done. And if they deny me again, to call him. An honest lawyer who won't take my money until I actually need him to do some work. Imagine that. So I filled out the paperwork and turned it in. Now it's more wait and see. He said it can take up to 6 months.....So I'm gonna be on a quest to try and find some part time work that I can handle. Anyone got any ideas?
