I can tell mine is PMDD because it stops as soon as the bleeding starts. I will feel awful for a week or two and I wont know if its depression or PMDD because I also have PCOS so my period is irregular, but as soon as the bleeding starts and I feel a million times better its all so clear. Its like the depressive switch goes off in my body. I know now I will have a few good days before waiting for the next round of it to hit.

No one seems to understand this. Everyone I talk to thinks its just like normal PMS, no, its much much much more than that.

On doing more research there are a few diets that say they have success for PMDD, but mostly it just says eat a healthy diet, which I do already with no affect. The other diets I'd have to pay for and I just dont have the money. And trying to find the foods in the diets where I live? If I had access to cheap good quality food I'd try it, but I dont.
