Yeah, you could say that. My running joke is that I've just about tried everything from A-Z. But in all seriousness, I seem to respond better to SNRI's & SDRI's. The mood stabilizers I was on was because Effexor, my anti-depressant, caused me to swing too far in the other direction & I was hypomanic on it (however testing ruled out bipolar disorder). I've never heard of Viibryd or Nefazodone. Could you tell me a little more about them? Yes, full spectrum light can help individuals with depression in the winter, especially when I live in an area that doesn't get much sunlight in the winter. I have in fact replaced my lightbulbs with full-spectrum daylight bulbs (but need to be careful of the use of artificial light at night, as it can interfere with natural sleep). Well, that's about it for now. I just feel frustrated discouraged by my lack of motivation & energy & grieve the loss of the happy, creative self I had before depression.
