Actually I've had yeast infections with no discharge but ALWAYS terrible itching. Very common for a lot of women from antibiotics. If you're not sure, maybe you should go to gyno? Yes, it may be an nice tigon, but since it doesn't sound like you have some of the usual symptoms, maybe a gyno can tell you and give you the meds you need or at least advise you what here may be OTC Either way, at least if you get it again, you'll know what to do and what it is!
