hang in there court..... I know this time of year is extra hard from us Wisconsinites.... always grey skies, cold, shut-in.
There is no easy answer for panic issues (IMO)..... you can try to close your eyes and mentally "go" somewhere safe in your mind. Think of something that you love (warm blankets, puppies, babies, hot chocolate, a beach, a comedian, the sun)... whatever works for you. And FOCUS on that thought until the anxiety backs off a little. Deep breathes work (sometimes) for me.
