When I was in the hospital, we had a group session and the leader brought up this topic. I know it's hard to think of something, or even feel alive, but try your hardest to think of that one thing that makes you feel like things can get better. Hold onto it tight too, and let it save you.

For me, it's singing. I get an inexplicable feeling in my chest, like love, if I had to name an emotion. I don't know if I know what love feels like, but it is a rising in my chest that lifts the cloud of darkness. Try to capture that feeling, I think it can help.
