It's awfully hard. I know the feeling. Every now and then I pretty much limit myself to a small piece of dark chocolate, which actually boosts my mood and doesn't raise my sugar too much. I've stuck with this a few years because I've felt so much better and been so much healthier. And haven't felt really deprived. Did take some getting used to tho. The best!
