Hello Joe and welcome to Psych Central. If you live in the United States there are mental health resources in your county that offer Free or affordable mental health treatment. Many times the Salvation Army or Jobs and Family Services in your county can help you with the numbers needed to get yourself acquainted with mental health help in you area. Also a medical Dr can help give you medication until you get to see a Therapist and Psychologist, if there is a clinic in your county. I am also going to give you a number for the Free Medicine Program you can call this number for the Free Medicine Program 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
