   Hi there 'Toe Jam'. I'm sorry you are feeling as you do but I sooooooooo understand where you are coming from. I too am sailing through the ranks of the good old NHS and I'm fast becoming very disillusioned. I'm sure I feel worse now than when I commenced treatment.
