If the interview at Friendly's goes well will they want you to start immediately?
Maybe they can set a start date for two weeks or something? Then you can do the other interview and if you get that, call Friendly's back and tell them sorry.
I personally hate to do stuff like that but it really isn't an unreasonable thing to do I don't think. I think it is more important in this case to take care of yourself and cover all your bases.
Good luck, sounds great! If both interviews go well... it may be stressful but what a good situation to have two jobs to choose from. Plus it sounds like the decision itself won't be very hard because you know what you want to do if the second interview goes well.
