thanks doc, i have been experimenting quite a lot on differant layouts, i dont want to publish it til i have all my ducks in a row, java at the mo is throwing me a loop.

i am using wordpad to save the html and css codes i find that interest me, but in regards to the css coding most of them online have the string link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="web2.css" / i purposly deleted the first and last <> so the code could be seen (this is my own css code link) and if i want to use there css code i have to put up with the unwanted links writen into the code of which i cant access or change, is there a way around this?

since i started this thread i have visited numerous sites looking for the codes for the layout i require, i learned basic html and css coding in just a few days to attain my goal, just basic java to go and i will have cracked it lol
