If I have takeaway I crave it again and again, so its best to avoid it all together for me so I dont have to crave it so hard. It takes about a week after having takeaway for me stop craving it hard. I guess its the sugar causing that craving.
My cystic acne flairs up if I eat a lot of junk and I worry about my hormones, so I try to stay healthy. I could be better, but I also know I could do a whole lot worse!

I cannot so soft drinks either, but I like the carbonation. Have you considered trying setzer/mineral water or club soda? I put citrus in them sometimes. Do not confuse these with bitter, yucky tonic water, they are NOT the same. No sugar, no caffeine, no fake sugar. Just bubbly water.
