over the last week or so i have been getting pains in my chest, they are like a tightening . i sharp pain that starts in my chest and down my right arm, (if it was my left arm i would probably be more concerned) i have been hiding the fact that i have been getting pains from my wife and children.
but tonight the pain was so bad that i had to tell my wife, she offered to call the out of hours doctor but i refused, did i do right only time will tell.
going to see how i feel in the morning and make my mind up then weather to go to doctor or not. its still the fear that i may of damaged something inside through my past weakness (suicide attempts)
