Aw...I'm sorry to hear about your stress! I feel your pain. I have been in college since 2009 and took algebra over the summer. I still have three more semesters to go.
Honestly, the best thing that can help alleviate stress, for me, is to stay on top of stuff. Do NOT procrastinate. It will bite you in the bottom down the road. Also, take small bites out of assignments. Don't think about that ten-page paper in whole. But rather, do one page/day and start early! I also have a least one day I dedicate to family time "me time" as well. And hey, if you are feeling stressed out, feel free to PM me.
