YES....... do as the others have suggested and make an appointment with your doctor in the morning - ASAP!!

I have heart problems and had the exact same side effects that you have described here and I had to be hospitalized for them and with all the test they ran while I was in hospital they found out that I have two heart valves that are not working as they should...... I now have regular check ups and the doctors are keeping a close eye on the situation.
