For those who feel bad about this, think about it this way... our animal shelters are too ful and have no money, so the animals only stay there a few days before they are put to sleep. When this cat's owners realise they don't have a cat anymore, they will want a new one, and they will save a life that is maybe worth saving when they bring home one of those poor other cats that have to sit in the wind and rain and sun in a small cage all day, waiting in vain for new life....
